Hi Mark There are a couple of additional advantages that can be negotiated depending on various things, it is not something to try and explain fully on the forum... you can contact me via foreignfinance dot eu and I will explain... you can get the net cost of the offer to approx zero ... HTH

Hi Mark Yes, I am working with Daniel, we have just setup a new company Foreign Finance (foreignfinance dot eu) to try to provide clients with something better than the standard mainstream offers available to foreigners. The website is only just created and will expand with details of offers etc in due course, but for now it is just a contact point. Daniel will deal with the banks in Poland and being independent will be able seek out the best deals available. I will be available to explain and advise clients on what products are available, the conditions attached and the paperwork requirements (often these things are not clear). I have personally been amazed at the bureaucracy involved with some Polish mortgages, so we aim to cut down on this or atleast enable clients to understand the process properly and provide timely feedback on applications etc. If anyone thinks we could help, please get in contact, Antony.
