i mean in google you get every developer, so the very good ones, the good ones, the very bad ones etc. my question was of course if you know a selected list of the biggest and most reliable developers, thanks chris

Yes sorry for the 1 word answer. It is hard work finding good developers. the most important thing in my opinion is track record. Ask them directly about their past projects. Then, contact as many agents, and other investors as you can in that country to find out is the company respected, what is the quality or their developments. 1 off or very small developers are more risky as if they go belly up you could loose everything. the best advice i can give you is to email + call as many people in the property market your interested in as possible. Of course, many will have vested interests but by a process of triangulation you can recognize false advice and confirm the true information. Good Luck by the way, what country you interested in?
