Hi Colin, Can a UK limited company use company funds to invest in Poland or Romania putting down the basic deposit with the remainder on a mortgage. I'm not sure how PS negotiate the contracts and whether they are drawn up for individuals as well as foreign companies. The other issue maybe how the mortgage agreemenst are made. Regards Colin
