Am planning a visit to Malta/Gozo and thought that I would check out holiday villas there. Dont know Malta well and was wondering if anyone can recommend areas that are away from mass tourism hotspots. Looking for secluded/quiet coastal areas. Any suggestions?

I gather Marsaxlokk may be a quieter fishing village type of place. I hate the idea of built-up touristy places like Bugibba and St Julians too, so will be interested to hear what you find out.
