Hi there. I am a new comer to the property investment business. I have decided to give up my day job in Belfast, Northern Ireland, sell my property in Belfast and move to County Mayo, Ireland (where I already own a property). The substantial equity in my Belfast property should provide me with good start up captial. Question: what route do I take? Renovation?, Self-build?... I would appreciate any feed back as to the most lucrative route to take in this market and any other tips/information for a novice would be most welcome.
