Does anyone know of any financial institutions which will lend on land as an asset. I'm off to St Kitts tomorrow to hopefully buy quite a large site. The equity is great - I already have 2 plots which have trebled in value in 3 years but it would really help my stretched finances if I could get a mortgage on the land. I'm likely to keep it for 5 years before developing or selling. By the way, St Kitts is well worth looking at if you can find any land to buy. Huge high end investment going in. Huw
