Global Property Guide has just published its list of the world’s most expensive cities for residential apartment buyers. http: / /www .globalpropertyguide .com /investment -analysis /Most -expensive -cities -in -2008 Unsurprisingly Prime Central London is among the priciest in the world. Worth noting is that Warsaw is more expensive than cities like Shanghai, Dubai and Munich. Sofia however, is still one of the more inexpensive cities. Another city with very low residential apartment prices is Amman, Jordan. With 0% capital gains tax, very low effective income tax, fair transaction costs and high yields, could it be the next Dubai?
