We have been working hard with Nickel Developments, who are as upset about this as us, and the lawyers since we found out about Nickel House having its building permit revoked in an effort to find a satisfactory resolution, as well as to provide all clients with an alternative option to invest in Poland. We have agreed with the lawyers that all Legal Fees and Exchange deposits (along with our Finders Fee) can be transferred to an alternative development via one of our investment opportunities within Poland in the next three months. This means that you can keep the money in Poland - in a non-interest earning account by the lawyers. If, however, you don't wish to go ahead we will refund your Finders Fee in full as per the Agency Agreement, and the lawyers will refund your exchange deposit and a percentage of the legal fees. Our Client Services team will be calling all buyers on Nickel House over the course of today to explain things further. We are also offering £150 to all Nickel House clients as a goodwill gesture. Please don't hesitate to contact Hannah Lunt (+44 (0)1270 539550) if you have any further questions at all and rest assured that we are doing all we can on your behalf. Best regards Debbie Le Goff Head of Client Services
