dear sirs i am currently involved in a deal in manchester city . i bought property off plan 2 years ago at a so called 10% discount . the usual plan was to sell them on. however they did not sell. no problem plan B i had the finance organised to close on them. all of a sudden the values for the morgtages are coming in at approx 10% below the price that i paid for them. these are nice apartnments and have a good finish . can anybody comment on valuers opinion/value of 1 bed good apartnments in manchester city at present. kind regards p.s. i have a good sized portfolio(40+ properties) and have never had a problem like this before

John, Where abouts are they? Manchester city centre has a serious oversupply issue.
