PS, Can you please tell us whether you would allow the investors who bought into the Nowy Wilanow deal to get to know each other in order to concert together regarding how to pursue legal action course. I would suggest that our email addresses to be provided to Olek, who will then get us all to agree on the course of action to follow. In my view Olek is the best candidate for the job: He speaks fluent polish and travels regularly to Poland for family reasons. I am not holding PS responsible for the delivery delay, these things do happen and I was fully prepatred for this. However, 6 Months delay (and counting) is a LOT by any standard and I personally do not wish to sit back and wait for PS, Rednet or TGC to do something about it. PS have done their best to sort things out which is fair enough, but quite a few of us would now like to take matters into their own hands. I would like to concert with fellow investors, get an independent lawyer to look at the issues, and decide on further actions. C.

Hi Claude, Thanks for your post - I'll answer it here, then it will probably be more appropriate to take the discussion offline. I'm happy at this stage to put all the Nowy Wilanow investors together. As you know, we have been working hard behind the scenes to put pressure on the developer to deliver as agreed on this deal. Debbie has the latest update on the situation (which I'll leave her to send out through the normal channels). I am happy to put all the investors in this deal in touch with each other. We were considering how to do this to best effect (again, a discussion we can take off the forum).
