I have a paultry 9k to invest. But want to get my foot on the property ladder somewhere. I am thinking of buying an off plan property in Poland. Any thoughts gratefull received on where to try and how much I will need. Sorry this is very basic. At early point in researching whether it is possible.. Thankyou
