Recently reading in your various newsletters about SIPPS, and how taxingly beneficial it will be for us property owners, does it transfer to ownership of property abroad, such as my 2 deals in Prague.
Why I ask? Because when it's time to sell a property to get at some pension money, I would need to close the Jednatel.
Is it harder to sell a property where you have 2 properties under one Jednatel? Will I be surrendering a SIPP to get at it?
Will it be easier if one property belongs to one Jednatel, and another property to another Jednatel.
Should I have a seperate SIPP for each property?
I currently have one Prague property and one Jednatel. I thought it unecessary to set up a new Company for the 2nd prague project (saves £6K).
I can still do something about.
What do you advise please?

I am surprised at £6k cost for co. set up..I've just completed co. set up and residency for £1400 in total. BTW re terminology...the Czech company is known as an s.r.o, and the jednatel is the term for the MD of the company - by being jednatel of your company you can apply for residency in Czech, which gives access to lower cost mortgages, and longer periods of repayment.

Can you advise on who you used to arrange czech residency though the route you have described?
I have set a Czech co but am I not the Jednatel. I have agreed to purchase other properties and do not really want to set up more companies. I also understand that it may be not be to my advantage (tax) to hold all properties in the one company.
