I am wondering when is the best time to take out a mortgage on Palace Heights. ideally I would like to a max LTV and to capture any increase in value of the appartment, since I invested.Does anyone know if this is possible in cyprus. Also I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has already secured a mortgage on Palace Heights. What is the process like (please tell me its nothing like Poland). Regards Alan
