I'm entertaining the idea of going into partnership, on a project in either Poland or Germany, with the excellent foreman I use on projects in London. He is young and without any capital of consequence, other than his potential labour...and I would like to offer him an arrangement that is fair to both sides as much as incentivise him to the max. Does anyone have any experience of such an arrangement or ideas ?
