I have purchased an apartment on Phoenix Court and am about to take possession of it.
Can anyone tell me how the handover of that development has been going? I can see from reading previous links that other similar developments this constructor has handed over has been riddled with problems e.g. Avlida... Is this the case with Pheonix as well?

I have contacted ABB to find out if a completion certificate has been issued yet but have had no response.

I would be very interested to know if ABB has been taking care of snags promptly and if there is any type of group formed with investors that I could speak to.

Any info appreciated.
