To whom it may concern in PS

According to my latest portfolio update most of the dates associated with the handover and completion have been quietly changed yet again.

Handover is now 23rd June (presumably final payment due some time around then ?), and the unit will now be ready to rent on 1st December.

Whilst I am delighted that there is dialogue between the developers and PS, the reasons behind these delays and slippages do not seem to be communicated.

I (and no doubt other investors) would like to invite PS to provide an explanation please.

Thanks for your post Mike,

I will speak to i-PA and request a more detailed update for you.

I would say that it is quite normal for completion dates to shift around by a few months but what I wish to clarify is the length of time between completion and ready to rent. This does seem rather too long.

We will obtain a full response for you next week as Poland is on holiday at present.

regards

Lee

Many thanks Lee

Glad to see someone else thinks this period is "rather long" - a very refrained version of what I am thinking right now it has to be said.

Whilst I appreciate that completion dates are somewhat variable, what I am taken aback with is the lack of communication. In addition to the unadvertised slippages it has taken Rednet 6 weeks to notice that I had forgotten to sign one page of the forms. One cannot help but wonder what the fuss and bossy emails about deadlines are for when clearly someone must know that the event itself is months away. Is this the 'improved' Rednet ? Can't say I'm very impressed so far...

A shame that I-property assets need to be prodded in this way, but I look forward to hear what they have to say. Reserve the right to rant further when they do reply :o)

Still waiting. Is anyone taking ownership of this ?

According to the latest unannounced date changes associated with Platan completion to white finish is now 27th July 2008 (previously 1st November), however there is now no date for the unit being ready to rent.

Why is there no communication form ipa or PS ?

I am happy to post every day on this thread to keep it top of your list of things to do if this will help.

Oliver

I do visit the my investments page.

Here I am able to see how key dates seem to change with the wind.
The monthly communcations do not acknowledge or explain these.

I do not feel that the issues raised in previous posts have been answered.

Hi

I have kept quiet this past week on the basis that all would be revealed with last Thursdays update. This has not happened. Nor has there been any meaningful response to my original questions.

Does anybody in PS have anything meaningful to say on this subject ?
Any other Platan investors have a view on all of this ?
