Hi all I'm the Marketing Director at Property Secrets. A Sunday Times property journalist recently attended one of our Chief Analyst (Simon Tweddle) seminars at the Property Investor show called "“Have you missed the boat in Poland?". This presentation was all about 2nd and 3rd tier cities in Poland and how you can still get excellent capital growth in places like Katowice, Gliwice, Rzeszow, Swinoujscie, Lodz and Szczecin. The classic property investment ripple effect from Warsaw and Krakow to 2nd and 3rd tier cities. The journalist is now writing an article on this for the Sunday Times property section - interviewing Simon Tweddle - and would also like to do a short interview with an investor who has invested in a 2nd/3rd tier city.
