hello - I'm just starting to think about beginning my first mortgage application for a polish mortgage!

Having read these posts in the past, it seems the whole process for getting a mortgage in poland is a bit of a nightmare, so i want to start in plenty of time (the Cotton Mill is due to complete towards the end of the year).

My questions are:

- have people had good experiences with Noble bank ?

- has anyone tried SCF who I believe also offer polish mortgages (as I am also going to need a mortgage for Brno in Czech so may be easier to do both with one broker)

- Is it possible to apply through more than one broker and see who completes first?

I'd be grateful for any tips from those of you that have been through this before.
