Looking at investing in Poland

Any experienced investors want to hazard a forecast at residential property growth in Warsaw for the next 12 months and next 24 months. I was impressed with recent growth in Riga - but feel maybe there is a bubble there and we are interested in short-term investment - 1- 3 years.
