more great research, anna, thanks. and another positive step for poland. shame you weren't around monitoring the market in 2007. also, PS used to produce international annual house price forecasts about this time for the coming year. will this tradition be continued? regards, dan

Likewise will PS be producing anymore performance dat for all the developments that they marketed? This seems to have gone astray whilst at one stage we had 6 monthly progress updates or so.

Tom We've abandoned that practice in favour of the Market Performance Reports (see shop page) containing realised rental and resale data. It's just more accurate. We won't be doing the old measurements again.
