Among the huge pile of documentation that you have to submit to Nobel bank to get a mortgage in Poland there is a strange form called:
"Declaration of not conducting business activity" (see attached image)
The form is almost entirely free of content only saying:
"I do declare that for the last 12 months:
-I have not conducted,
-I have not suspended,
-I presently do not conduct
any business activity."
You have to submit this form along with your mortage application which details your permanent or self employed status (and in the case of most of us - details of other BTL properties you own and rent).
This confused me because clearly I am conducting several "business" activities including my ordinary employment and the BTL "business". I asked Nobel bank for some clarification and they emailed the following to me:
"On this form each applicant should mark if is conducting activity that it did not
postpone it. Or if is working on the employment contract that it does not
conducts business activates outside the contract."
I'm still rather confused. I suppose the form could be saying that: The employment details I've given to you are a true representation of my work over the past six months (i.e my business activity has not been suspended) and I've not been doing any other sorts of work that I've not mentioned in the application form"?
I was just curious - does anyone have a better idea of what this form is trying to say?
