However I think I read Noble are also the most expensive from a fee perspective. No such thing as a free lunch.

I've got a couple of mortgages, 1st with DOM and now another with Noble. Having spoken with Noble this morning re another query I have learned that they are in the process of setting up an English speaking service. Preferred means of communication is to be email but a number will be provided too. Only thing she couldn't tell me was when this would be up and running!
Also bank with Nordea and so far very good. For anyone interested you can set up a Nordea account online and once you receive the application forms in the post just go along to the Polish Consulate in London. There are usually massive queues but they are for Visas. Just push to the front and you'll find a separate counter for signatory services.

Hello Lynn
I will be following up on this - looking for 3 Polish mortgages. I would be interested to know what interest rates you obtained and how they viewed you having multiple mortgages.
Regards
Alan

Thanks Lynn.
Could you tell me how easy it was dealing with Noble? I.e. what sort of criteria do they use for deciding to lend on?
Also, could you please tell me if you have to negotiate the LTV up to the 85%-90% that you got? and is this on the purchase cost or final valuation at completion?
And finally, what currency would you recommend to lend in?
Many thanks.
