Can anyone tell me if the Polish VAT level is still set to rise in Jan 2008? If one has bought off-plan before then but completion is afterwards, is it possible to set the contract date before? Any ideas? Cheers.

Tom - the last thing I heard was the VAT rate is indeed rising .... but only for the most expensive properties. I'm not sure what the definition of expensive is, but my PS investments are not affected. Andrew
