Hello, Can anyone please explain why property growth has been slower in Poznan than Krakow and Wroclaw? Poznan has lower unemployment and higher wages, so shouldn't it have started moving before the other markets? Thanks. David.

Hi David It is a good question, and has been tackled by our editorial team who are publishing an article on Poznan, including this question, early next week. But the bottom line is that in the last 6 months, this situation has changed and I think that Poznan will deliver some pretty strong results from now A taster from the article "in 2004, we had average price growth (in Poznan) of around 10% - not bad , but hardly blistering. In 2005, we had average growth of 12% again goodish. Now, compare this with what has happened in the last six months, when we have seen growth of 25%-30%. In Q2, 2006 price growth in Poznan stood at 14.3%." Quite interesting statistics suggesting Poznan is worth a serious look.
