Thank you, an interesting and thoughtful article- I am buying through PS (Avenium) and may consider adding another.
I think Prague still looks undervalued wrt many Polish cities
eg I can't understand why Poznan is a similar price and Krakow and Warsaw look much more expensive than Prague

Good report but a bit more on figures would be helpful - rentals and capital values by area.
I am thinking of buying in Zizkov - new build apartment.
Zizkov - should it be dicounted comapred to Karlin or Holesovice?
What do people think about values in Zizkov for new build both capital and rental per sq m?
Also whilst its cheaper than other areas there is a feeling that an older building on a quieter side street might be a better buy here than new build - any views ?
