We're in the process of forming a property invesment club.

We were wondering if there are any PS investors on the forum who are part of any similar private clubs. If so, could they offer any advice on the most tax efficient way of running such a company would be and the ideal vehicle to use etc.

Investors will be putting in a set amount of capital each. The properties will be sourcedfurbished and tennanted with a view to hold for the long term.

The odd property may be sold in order to raise further capital, which will in turn be re invested within the company.
