I have just returned from Montenegro. One of the agents I saw out there claims to be good friends with one of the top officials in Montenegro and he's been told that Ryanair have signed all the paperwork to start flying out there from this summer, it just hasn't been officially announced yet. Once that happens I think the PS forcast of 12% will be definately exceeded. Mind you there are certainly no shortage of buyers out there already, sit in any restaurant and you can't help but overhear people discussing all the various properties they have viewed.

France has now been added and we hope to add Spain next week.

Very symplistic analysis given size of the country and its metropolitan areas and the fact that different areas will grow at vastly differing rates. Huw
