Why is it good news for Prague if there are a lot of new developments hitting the market in the next year or two? I would have thought this is bad news for investors because supply is increasing?

I would see this as a sign that developers are seeing the demand for property in the city and are re-entering the market. I think developers in Prague in particular have learned the lessons of over-supplying the market having done so in 2004. I'd like to think they are reading the property market more accurately this time and are responding to actual demand in the city.
