I have to question how / where you get your information from, your FDI report is clearly weighted toward those countries that you have expended time and energy and not others. There are many many FDI announcements you do not mention, I cannot say regarding other countries - but speaking as someone who follows the FDI into Hungary, I have to say your FDI article is far from representative. You mention one item of news .... out of many new projects. How impartial is your advice?

Hi Richard You are quite right, we do pick and choose which foreign direct investments we monitor. We certainly do tend to focus on those markets we have previously identified as representing the best property investment opportunities - the idea being to narrow down the focus to meaningful investments in specific locations within those markets. You're always welcome to draw attention to investments in other markets, as I see you often do, with Hungary being a market you have consistently promoted. However, for several fundamental reasons we've been over before, we don't agree that Hungary currently represents a good buying opportunity. Of course, if, and when, we see evidence to change our mind, we'll report that. cheers
