they charge 2.5% + VAT. There will be a few other charges for acting on your behalf but they don't amount to more than a few hundred euro and, of course, the obligatory apostilled POA

Does anyone know anything about Romanian Mortgages for a company that hasn't traded yet?


How did you guys complete on Quadra if you don't mind me asking???

This is causing me some serious confusion. I was told last year a Romanian company etc etc.... was the way to go. What about the mortgages? I am director naturally, can I get one in my own name.

If anyone could help or advise, you'd be doing a really decent thing.

I didn't pursue a Romanian Mortage, I had difficulties in Poland, so I didn't even try.

I seem to recall that PS were going to update on Quadra in May along the lines of success stories i.e apartments sold and rented etc. I understand that there are many units still unsold in this development. Appreciate a general update. regards
