I would very much like your opinion.

We have fallen fowl of our local planning dept., so we have to drastically scale-back our plans. We had hoped to build to two medium 1 bed flats, now we can only build a small one bedroom flat at ground level and a studio flat at first floor. We now have a dillema. We were thinking that we would build a conservatory on the ground floor so there is more room, but this may be a false economy. Our alternative is to build a 2 bed house., but the return will not be as good. We expect to have a better return from the two units, but maybe with the build costs and the hastle it would be better to build a 2 bed.
