I understand from Property Secrets that the rental yield on old properties in places like Frankfurt are in the order of 5-6%. Separately I am being told that specific rental yields in Dusseldorf and nearby cities is close to 9-10%. This seems too high. Is the information in Property Secrets correct or too low in the experience of readers. Is there any othr good source of information that you are aware of? Thanks

Thank you for your reply. Very useful. How do you define net. Is it net of common expenditures, but excluding income tax or including income tax?
