Hallo Andy, Did you eventually reserve one unit in Buildind D ? Myself, i did commit for a 2 bed appartment on the 7th floor in Building D. However i feel a bit concerned that those appartments facings inwards could be a bit dark... They are pointing indeed towards the East-North direction, It mean early morning the sun will be on the other side of the 2 buildings A & B in front , at midday behind B & C and finally late afternoon behind the building D.. All in all, it seems that not so much sun will come towards the 1 Bed and 2 Bed appartments located in Building D and facing inwards. Andy , What ist your view on it ?? From your experience, could it be a serious problem to rent or sell later on? Please let me / us know your view. Mfg Christian

Hi Christian, Indeed I did go for a 7th floor 1 bed. Martin has informed me at that height and given the distance from the other side of the building, plus that it is not a true u-shape; there will be sufficient sunlight. I am likely to be visiting the development end of next month. When are you planning to go over? Best wishes Andy
