I reported about a development in Liverpool which recently "completed" yet 35% of buyers did not complete. I was wrong - it is much,much worse than that. The development is called West Tower, and is 39 storeys high. There are 120 flats and an incredible 100 of them have now been furnished by the developer,Beetham, and placed on the rental market. i.e 80% + of buyers have failed to complete.

I knew this devlopment was a dog as it had silly prices (300k), fanastic viiews but no parking!

Iron floor in the property market?, maybe in London but perhaps somewhat soggy in the North especially in town centres. Welcome to sub -prime crisis - UK style.
