As you appreciate Monday to Thursday of this week are official holidays in Cyprus which will obviously delay any responses from Mr Klydes.

I didn't say it is unhelpful to delete the email - I said 'Fair enough'. I am saying that it was a very clear explanation of exactly where clients stand on completion regarding Legal representation - or lack of and where PS responsibility begins and ends. So I think it would be very helpful to explain it to Clients as clearly as you did to me - not just to those who complain on the forum about this issue but to ALL clients who sign up to deals on this basis as it is clearly not fully understood from the literature you send out pre Exchange and it is too late to explain fully to people 6 1/2 weeks after they have run into serious difficulties.

You have had over a year to look into this issue as this is an identical issue to the one we experienced with Avlida in February 2007 and warned you over and over again that we were getting nowhere with the Solicitor which is why you sent me the email I'm referring to. I don't understand why you are saying that you need time to investigate, according to your explanation to me there is no legal representation after Exchange of contracts which is why the Solicitor doesn't respond.

Alan, if you need Helen's contact details I suggest you ask the Developer who will no doubt accomodate as all owners in Cyprus need to communicate to organise Management and Global Insurance.

I've been working with the new lawyer for Palace Heights today....he's going to review the Contract of Sale now, so if you google my full name, you'll find my Ecademy profile which gives my contact details.

It's absolutely essential that all buyers on Jointly-Owned Buildings are able to communicate with one another, and as we have a non-participating purchase lawyer on Palace Heights, I would have hoped PS would used some common sense and put you in contact with me in this instance!
