I too was disappointed to see no response from the "selective response department" at P.S. on this one.

Some of the developments have not been thought all the way through to completion and management that I have bought via P.S. I am still soldiering on with setting up a management company for Santa Marina - a PS deal in Cyprus over three years ago ahead of P.S. sweeping this market under the "let's put this down to experience carpet": which had the investors had access to other PS member investor details I am sure along with other issues we could have sorted much more quickly.

The same stands for another couple of investments from PS in Eastern Europe I am still working through.

I guess the fear is client poaching, but feel this is a bit of a red herring- to ask for comments for service improivement to improve the service and then only selectively respond seems a little bit short term to me.

A private community - by development investment would not be overly onerous and no doubt P.S. would elicit money for the privelage of having us figure out the completion of the deals sourced by them in the first place - so I guess somewhere along the line a win-win would be possible - maybe it could be called be called a Super Duper Property Pro Platinum Bells and Whistles membership.

I like the name, but it's not going to work for marketing purposes. Shame.

Guys, I wish I could do more than pass these requests on, but I can't. Rest assured though, that they have been.

The forum is not generally the place for this sort of thing and as such is not monitored by those you are trying to address, hence the 'selective response' you refer to.

I read 99% of posts on here and pass such things on to those who are responsible. The forum is intended for the discussion of and sharing of knowledge and ideas on property investment in general.

Anyway, as I said earlier, I'll be happy to try and sort something out around this if given the go-ahead by Oli.

(Please note - this is also the thread for i-PortfolioTracker - NOT i-PA!)

Cheers.

Ben
I think you could pull the name off - maybe an abbreviation...

Appreciate you responding and understand now the fact that you consider yourselves different companies - part of the challenge may be the members do not.

Nontheless, I think the idea for member to member discussions would make a lot of sense. I think it would even make IPA's life easier as sometimes I sense they have their work cut out with partners such as RedNet and would benefit from an aligned 'perspective and representation from the investors. Generally - Ive found my contacts at Redent helpful.

In principle I don't disagree.

I've asked Oli to respond either himself or through me. He is on holiday at the moment, however. Patience please!
