I got a phone call from mri today they want me to meet darren the boss from mri but he wont be there they are having meetings this weekend in belfast they want to iron out everything and try and sort things out basically they are going to try and sell me 1st phase
on property in some other country and try to get my money back that i might be loosing i Romania its a joke they never stop trying i had 3 phone calls from them today all with the same angle they as much as said greenfields wont rent out as it is deralect because most buyers cant complete and nobody wants to live there on there own .

I havent heard of anyone successfully claiming their money back on Greenfield from the developer.

Its hard to know whether Greenfield is truly a good long term bet or if decent rental levels can be achieved.

Has anyone had any offers from the developer also has anyone had a dealine imposed. The developer has said that I have until the 10th April to complete.

Hi i am from belfast i also went to the meeting this week my main agenda was the furniture in my apartment they asid it will be installed by the first week in may i am going over on the 16th to sort out rental agents etc .they also wanted me to invest in portugal .
