Hi,

When did you get your mortgage? I received feedback that Volksbank will only start lending again in March 2009.

I thought this recent article about the available romanian mortages might be handy.-4 Feb 2009.Does'nt elaborate on lending conditions to foreign nationals. ....Some horrific rates especially in Ron.
