I am currently sueing and I believe there is another person doing the same.

You can mention my name (David Meagor) to your contact at the legal firm and see what they think but my guess is that our expenses claims will be different and one person might want to settle out of court if an offer is made etc.

From what I have heard the other person has only received 1/3 back from the developer and is seaking the other 2/3 through the courts. I have asked for clatification on why this is.

I asked lawyers to seek my deposit back,she recommended that i look for the deposit and penalties renumeration.
Developers refused to pay penalties,so lawyers recommended court action.
I would prefer not to go to court so I asked just to return the deposit but am still waiting three weeks later.
I feel that we will end up going to court just to get the deposit back.
We need to work as a group to keep fees down and apply some pressure.

does anyone know if our money is in an escrow account and is safe? PS is the 3rd company to go bust on me in the last few months. Thankfully I only had LCS and PLS fees still in PS (it is not as if we were getting any service for this regardless), but, White Towers owes me plenty with 2 apartments there. The solicitors do not seem to be able to get anyone an answer.
