Can PS or anyone here shed any light on whether rents in Katowice have gone up since Oak Terraces 1 was released. In the original Spreadsheet (Nov 06) rent for a 2 bed , 70 sqm flat was expected to be PLN 1600 pcm . I'm hoping this has gone up to help with the 7 % + mortgage. I've looked on tabelaofert.pl but there are only 20 or so flats to rent advertised for Katowice. Rents look around 2300 for similar sqm but different location. Does anyone know a good place to check rentals ?
