Resale of Unit in Galaxy Garden Lodz

Is there anyone out there who would be interested in a one bed room Unit in Lodz, Galaxy Garden.
It is ready for handover at the end of this month.I paid finders fee to PS and 20% deposit in June 2007.
The developers have given me permission to switch the contract before handover if necessary.
I will accept offers at a reduced price and the buyer pays for all the legal paper work.
