This looks like a beautiful development in a superb location.

A couple of questions:

- Has planning permission been granted yet?
- How many people have pre-registered, and will be ahead of me in the queue?

To answer your first question, yes there is planning permission on this development. The developer also has a building permit.

The second question is slightly harder for me to answer! I can’t really give out that sort of information at this point as it could cause an uproar! All I would say is, please do your due diligence and I will be as fair as possible on allocation day.

Martin, How is it that you are able to get 10/90 terms on this deal, and yet the Slovak one recently was 30/70- ?
