Another foreign investment has been announced for Ruse. German car parts producers Witte Automotive will end talks with local authorities about opening a factory in the city by the end of this year.
The company picked Ruse over 12 other regions in Bulgaria for its good location, well-developed machine building and the local technical university, which will provide trained staff for the plant and the R&D centre the company will develop.
Details about the volume of investment and number of jobs that will be created are not known yet, but there’s no doubt that Witte will have important contribution to already booming economy in Ruse.
Witte would be the second company from automotive sector, after French Montupet that is investing in Ruse. Both investments are part of developing car industry in Bulgaria, which emerges as a Balkan automotive centre.
Definitely good news for those who invested in Ruse’s property market!
