Does anyone with a Silesia apartment know what's going on with the developer, the local authority and re-assigning of plots?

I don't know what's going on - but I am in the same boat. TGC advise that some measure of due diligence is required and that Silesia buyers should club together to split costs ... Have you made a decision on this?

Hi John,
It sounds almost like blackmail. From what the solicitors say, the developer (Active Investment) won't sign the final purchase contract until we all sign the "waiver of claims" (re-assignment of land) that they want, even though some of us have fully paid them and then we have to pay for the solicitors work also!
