I have a couple of properties in Bratislava which I am about to attempt to raise mortgages on. Can anyone recommend a good bank or agent to work with. I believe the agents will charge you whether you get the mortgage or not, so I guess they will tell you whatever you want to hear. I am self-employed at present, but I am planning to take a job soon, and I guess that will help to smooth the whole process out. Both of the properties are let out, but I'm not sure if there is anything like buy-to-let mortgages available.
