I am looking for someone to do a snagging list on a studio in Sofia, only the cheapest service provider I have found so far will charge me EUR 250 which I think is quite expensive.

Can anyone recomend a cheaper service.

I recently used Ivo Tanev for my apartments in Sofia, he did a great job, very thorough. I believe he charges 195 euros for a studio.
