I have some properties in Poland and am looking for some software to produce some basic P&L's, balance sheets and cash flow statements for each property and for the whole portfolio. Ideally, I would also like to do some future projections and some “what if” analysis on the output reports (ideally in Excel). Most of the software I have found on the internet is geared for the UK BLT market or focuses on UK tax forms or UK tenancy agreements, which are not really what I am looking for. I am based in the UK, have mortgages in both Euros and Swiss Francs, transfer lump sums in £’s to a Zloty bank account to cover ongoing expenses in Zloty. I receive rent in both Euros and Zlotys. I am currently managing everything in XLS, but it is becoming increasingly cumbersome, complicated and time consuming, with all the various currency implications. Plus, I would also like to expand my portfolio in other counties. Can anyone recommend some user-friendly, flexible software that can manage an international portfolio, that does not cost the earth ?
