Hi, can anyone tell me why the legal costs for buying through Property Secrets seem to vary so much. South Bank comes in at approx £1000 which is a good £300 more than a previous investment in Wroclaw. Is this really the best deal that was found in Krakow?

Maybe the market dictates it... as property's more expensive in Krakow perhaps lawyers are too. I'm a South Bank investor too and it's my first foray with Property Secrets.
