Well done Mike for the interesting post and photos too - good work! It is useful to hear from other folk who have gone into the deal.

It is reassuring to know that Platan does actually exisit - I could not see it on Google Earth - and I could see Future City in Krakow!

Am unable to go to Excel, but if you or anyone else has more observations / photos, please post.
