Tax question for Colin (or anyone who can answer) I have discover that I have some unclaimed property expenses relating to a previous tax year. Can I include these in this year's return or will I have to just write them off? Thanks

Nick, My recommendation is to include them, but put a note on your return saying that the figures include unclaimed expenses from a previous tax year ...... if you've genuinely incurred theses expenses, then it should be possible to claim them. Andrew
